Tricia is a registered psychologist committed to providing a compassionate space where clients feel safe, heard and empowered. She works with individuals across the lifespan, with a special heart for supporting children, adolescents, and families. Having grown up in Singapore and now based in Australia, Tricia brings a culturally responsive lens to her practice. She strives to meet clients where they are, respecting their backgrounds, beliefs, and lived experiences.
In her therapeutic work, Tricia uses a strengths-based, evidence-informed approach. She draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and art- and play-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs and developmental stage. She values exploring each child and family’s unique story to uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and work collaboratively towards meaningful goals and growth.
With previous experience working in schools, non-profit organisations, and private clinic settings, her work focuses on supporting clients with challenges related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, grief, school, life transitions and more. Tricia also has experience providing psychological assessments, exploring learning differences and neurodivergence (e.g. specific learning disorders, ADHD, intellectual disability, and exceptional learners).
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys baking and decorating treats, creative projects and spending quality time with her loved ones, including her furry golden retriever.
