Rachael is a paediatric occupational therapist who completed a Masters in Occupational Therapy at Monash University. Rachael’s work has involved working with children and their families, or varied ages, and providing various types of support from early intervention to adolescent mental health and social skill development. Rachael’s recent experience focused on providing therapy for neurodiverse children with various diagnoses including ASD, ADHD, ID and DCD and she is skilled in providing therapies to improve fine and gross motor skills, executive function and problem solving, play and social skill development and improving emotional regulation and sensory related problems.
Rachael is very passionate about working with children, their families and their supporting networks and providing a holistic and family centred approach to therapy, so the child and family can achieve their goals and develop independence and growth.
