Isabella is a Registered Psychologist supporting children, adolescents, and their families. She aims to provide a space where clients feel comfortable and respected. Her work focuses on understanding each person within their cultural, relational, and personal context, while working collaboratively alongside families. Central to her approach is supporting children and families to recognise existing strengths and build connection, autonomy, and insight into their own needs.
Isabella’s therapeutic approach is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-informed practice, with support tailored to each young person’s developmental needs and goals. She works with a range of presentations including emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, and neurodivergence, and has experience conducting psychoeducational, cognitive, and behavioural assessments. Her previous work in primary school settings has strengthened her appreciation for collaborative care across home, school, and therapeutic environments.
Isabella has a research background in neurodevelopment, anxiety, and self-regulation in relation to autism. She has also explored infant and young child sleep problems across family and cultural contexts.
Outside of work, Isabella enjoys cooking and baking, spending time in nature, and making memories with family and friends – alongside her Scottish Fold cat.
