Gudrun is a registered psychologist, who is passionate about working with children and adolescents. She holds a Masters degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University, and has previous experience in schools, private practice and hospital settings in the UK, South Africa and Australia.
Gudrun provides counselling, psychoeducational assessment and evidence based intervention for both individuals and groups. Using a client centred approach, Gudrun’s therapeutic style is drawn from play therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Gudrun aims to empower young people and their families to manage the various difficulties they face within a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental environment.
In her spare time, Gudrun enjoys reading, Pilates and spending time with her dog at the park.
