Breanna is a provisional psychologist who is passionate about working with children and adolescents. She completed her Master of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University and has a background working in Primary and Secondary schools with students experiencing social, emotional and/or behavioural challenges.
Breanna provides neurodiversity affirming care and strengths-based mental health support. She implements a variety of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness techniques. She also utilises a play-based approach to help promote self-esteem, resilience and social awareness, as well as supporting the development of emotional regulation skills to children and teens. She values the use of a collaborative approach in therapy, and tailoring sessions to align with a family’s personal circumstances and goals.
In her free time Breanna enjoys listening to music, going on walks in nature and looking after her two bunny rabbits.
