Belinda is a provisional psychologist who completed a Master of Professional Psychology at Deakin University. Belinda has experience working with children, adolescents and their families with various presentations and complexities.
Belinda utilises evidence based interventions and assessments to improve the wellbeing of children, adolescents and their families. Belinda strongly believes in a strengths based, client centred and holistic approach to therapy and has experience in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Belinda is passionate about supporting and empowering children, adolescents and their families to navigate challenges, enhance resilience, improve relationships and achieve their goals.
