This form enables you to register your interest in FREE Play Therapy appointments at Okey Dokey with a Play Therapy Masters student on placement. The form is only active if we currently have appointments available.

Please fill in this form and someone will be in touch with you to see if we have a suitable appointment time for you.

Please note that spots are limited, they are only held weekly on a Monday beginning in August 2025, and the play therapist will call you to do a questionnaire over the phone to determine suitability.
