This Parenting Group is designed specifically for parents who have a child with a disability aged between 5 and 12.
It is an opportunity for parents to connect with each other, share information and learn about topics of interest as decided by the group. The group discussion will be facilitated by Okey Dokey psychologist Rose Lao.
Topics of discussion may include finding support services, advocating for your child at school, understanding behaviour, managing sleep and toileting difficulties, self care, managing meltdowns, etc.
If you proceed with a booking, you are acknowledging that you meet the group requirements as detailed above.
The cost of enrolment in the Parenting Group is $180 for the term. The sessions will be occuring fortnightly beginning on Friday 5th May 2023 at 11.30am for 1.5 hours. The 4 session dates are 5th & 19th May 2023, and 2nd & 16th June 2023.
Please note that places are strictly limited and if the booking form is not displaying here, it is because there are no more spots available.
Please note also that if you register for a group but are found to not meet the above requirements, your registration may be cancelled.

Payment in full is required to reserve your place in the group.
Following payment, Okey Dokey will automatically issue a receipt of payment. No medicare rebate is available. For clients with Self-Managed or Plan-Managed NDIS funds, you can discuss eligibility for reimbursement directly with NDIS or your plan manager. Okey Dokey will not be able to process claims or issue reimbursements for NDIA Managed participants. Please note: Okey Dokey is not liable for any declined reimbursement from NDIS. Refunds are not available for cancellations or non-attendance to any session.
