Jessica is a registered psychologist who has experience working with children and adolescents with a range of behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties.
Jessica has experience providing counselling and cognitive assessments to individuals across the lifespan in private practice settings, primary and secondary school settings, and university counselling services.
Jessica takes on an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy and adopts a range of evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioural therapy, play therapy, art therapy, family therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness. She works collaboratively with her clients to achieve their therapeutic goal; tailoring her treatment to the child’s need. Her aim is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive space to empower the individual to make positive and meaningful changes in their lives.
