At Okey Dokey Childhood Therapy, we know that as a parent, finding the right clinician for your child matters. If you’re a new client and, after your first intake session, you don’t feel the clinician is the right fit, let reception staff know. We’ll arrange one complimentary session with a different clinician, where a suitable alternative clinician is available.
The guarantee:
– is available to new clients following their first intake session;
– provides one 60 minute session with a different clinician at no cost to you or your funding provider;
– may only be used once per child client;
– must be requested within 7 days of the intake session; and
– is subject to clinician suitability and availability.
The complimentary session has no cash or refund value and cannot be transferred to another person. It does not guarantee that a particular clinician will be available at a specific time or that a particular therapeutic or clinical outcome will be achieved.
This guarantee is provided in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
