Participation Terms – Course Trial and Gift Card Eligibility
By submitting this form, you agree to participate in the trial of the online course and associated feedback survey.
To be eligible for the $100 gift card, participants must:
- Enrol in and complete the full online course
- Engage with the course content in a genuine and reasonable manner
- Complete the feedback survey in full, providing thoughtful and meaningful responses
- Use the same email address for course enrolment and survey completion as the one that received the invite from Okey Dokey
- Complete the course and survey no later that 11pm Monday 20 April 2026.
Course Engagement Requirements
Course completion will be assessed using platform analytics, including module completion and time spent within the course. As a general guide, participants are expected to complete all modules and spend at least 60% of the estimated course duration engaging with the content. Rapid progression through modules without reasonable engagement may result in ineligibility.
Survey Requirements
Survey responses must be complete and demonstrate genuine engagement with the course. This includes providing considered responses to open-ended questions, rather than minimal or generic answers.
Eligibility and Limits
• Participation is limited to the first 20 eligible participants
• One gift card is available per family
• Gift cards will be issued after review of course completion and survey responses
• Gift cards will be issued by Divergent Matters
We reserve the right to withhold the gift card where the above requirements are not met. These measures are in place to ensure feedback reflects genuine participation and can be used to meaningfully improve the course for future families.
