Okey Dokey Childhood Therapy is owned and run by Raelene Dundon (Clinical Director) and her husband, Andrew Tompkins (CEO).
Starting out in 2011 with Raelene as the sole practitioner, Andrew and Raelene had a vision to create an allied health practice that could be a one stop shop for families, providing expert psychology and occupational therapy services to children and adolescents in a supportive and family friendly environment. An essential part of this vision was Raelene’s philosophy of providing family-centred support and therapy tailored to the individual needs of the child and family, with a focus on respecting every child’s autonomy, and delivered with compassion and creativity.
To bring their vision to life, Andrew and Raelene have carefully gathered a team of clinicians and admin staff who share their passion for providing high quality care to children and families, growing Okey Dokey Childhood Therapy to become one of the largest allied health practices in Melbourne which is exclusively dedicated to working with children.
Okey Dokey Childhood Therapy employs an experienced team of Psychologists and Occupational Therapists, as well as a dedicated and friendly administration team, to meet the needs of families.
Clinicians can assist children with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behaviour concerns, fine and gross motor delays, sensory processing difficulties, social communication, and learning disorders. The practice is also well known for supporting Autistic children and adolescents.
In addition to individual therapy, Okey Dokey Childhood Therapy offers a range of other services including regular seminars for parents and professionals on a range of topics, and group programs for children throughout the calendar year.
